A Lenten Devotional To Dismantle White Supremacy

This Lent, we have the opportunity to reflect deeply on the ways that white supremacy has infected our lives and our communities, and we have the opportunity to repent.

So this Lent, we invite you to be part of the RESIPISCENCE community. We have gathered here a widely ranging collection of daily reflections from a very diverse group of contributors—diverse in identities, theologies, and experiences—and every one of them has something to say about how we dismantle white supremacy and all the institutions, laws, policies, habits, and ideologies that perpetuate it. The book is organized by week, and each section contains seven reflections on the scriptures for the following Sunday.

This year we have full color justice oriented artwork & author images, as well as weekly discussion questions.

This book was created in 2020 and follows the Lenten lectionary for Year A. It is a collaborative project of Movement in Faith & Seminary of the Street, supported by Transform Network.
